When I came in yesterday, I had no intention of buying a car—let alone a $50,000 vehicle. As I mentioned to Matt Jackson(Sales Manager), I was simply bringing my wife to compare various SUV sizes, from full-size models like the Tahoe to midsize options like the Pilot and CR-V, so she could decide what worked best for her. I really appreciate Matt taking the time to show us the different vehicles, highlighting the pros and cons of each, and letting us make our own decision. Even when we left the lot yesterday, I didn't think we were ready to purchase. However, after coming into the office today to review the numbers, the fair trade-in value you offered for our Jeep made the rest of the process seamless and comfortable. I want to express my sincere appreciation for Matt’s approach. It is refreshing to go to a dealership, feel zero pressure, and simply have an honest conversation about what vehicle fits our needs. Matt Jackson is a class act and represents how the auto industry should be.

Had a major issue with AC , plus added general maintenance. Shawna and Stephanie were so very patient and kind and listened! Shawna explained the details and the options. She answered my questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant!! I priced around and the dealership was quite reasonable plus I got rides to and from work. I was made to feel like my business mattered to them. I’ve always driven Honda products and will be going back to Gary Force. Thank you!!!!
