My experience with this establishment was top notch! They found what was wrong with my car and ensured I would make it back to Missouri with no problem. They have a shuttle that takes you where you need to go and pick you up when they are done with your car. Very kind customer service and their waiting room is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Thank you for making my experience very pleasant.

Wife was experiencing air conditioner issues with her Honda. I contacted the dealership on Wednesday, who set me up an appointment for the next morning at 8:15. Dropped the car off, received a text 2 hours later with diagnosis and repair cost. I picked the car up when I got off work that afternoon. I’ve owned 3 Hondas and have always received fast, reliable service from this dealership.

Service was completed in about 1.5 hours. Service advisors were very friendly and helpful. The tech discovered a CV joint boot losing grease, which was fortunate as that could lead to failure on the CV joint. Fortunately, it’s covered under warranty.

We take our 2007 Honda van to Gary Force because we trust their service technicians. Upon check in there was a bit of frustration with our service advisor (Yolanda), but we were able to work that out. We received an oil change and competent service to the areas of concern at a reasonable price (we had a coupon). Our van should continue to run great for the next year. I would recommend Gary Force Honda to any person seeking service on their Honda vehicle.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and basic once over as I am going on a road trip next week. All was well. We discussed things to keep in mind, as my Pilot is an older model.

Excellent service and handling of warranty work on my 2024 Honda Ridgeline truck that had to have the front axle replaced. Very polite and courteous customer service staff at the counter that always leaves you feeling good and well taken care of.
