Only great things to say about Gary Force, Brock Meador, and Mark Posey. Went in as a return customer with a specific need and not much to work with and left with exactly what I needed! Brock was so helpful and had great suggestions. He answered every question and gave me the info I needed that I wasn’t even considering! He even gave me reasons why certain choices might not fit my needs and why other options might benefit me more. And Mark even took a phone call from the bank while I was in his office to get me a lower interest rate! They make everything so easy and are always so kind and helpful! Will definitely be returning for any future purchases!

Yolanda did a great job getting us in. My son took a look at the job and informed me it was still missing a retainer. He is a senior tech @ Hunt for Franklin and keeps an eye on us.

I’ve always serviced my company truck at Gary Force. I don’t make appointments but am sitting at the doors at 6:20 to be first in line. I have always been out back on the road by 8:00/8:15 except this time. I was the first one in and was told as usual that there were scheduled appointments that morning. Nothing new. I waited 2 hours and then texted my representative. She said she would check on it. In ten minutes or so she called me out of the waiting room and told me my truck service was finished but after they serviced it the engine light came on and they were waiting for a tech to see what was wrong. The light was not on when I came in. Long story short, I was there for 2 1/2 hours and had to ask why it was taking so long. I wasn’t happy because I had another appointment at 10:00 that morning. The representative said she was unaware of the engine light problem until she checked on the delay. I have two vehicles I bought here and have always had great service and will continue going there for service of my vehicles including my company vehicle. I was just disappointed with this experience.

I received excellent service while repairing my air conditioning system in my Honda Civic. Tricia set up an appointment, arranged a shuttle home and back and had me back in cold air in two hours. Tricia is the best. Thanks to the mechanics and the cordial shuttle drive.
