I stopped by without an appointment, and the service department was kind enough to work me in where I didn’t have to make an extra trip back into town. I appreciated that very much since gasoline has gotten so high. The staff was very friendly and offered to get me water or coffee while I waited.

Took my CRV to Honda to have them install updates to my SUV’s computer system. Making an appointment was easy. They told me to allow up to 4 hours. It took less than 2 hours. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Staff I encountered were very friendly.
