Took my CRV to Honda to have them install updates to my SUV’s computer system. Making an appointment was easy. They told me to allow up to 4 hours. It took less than 2 hours. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Staff I encountered were very friendly.

The sales team at Gary Force Honda did an excellent job of taking care of my needs. They found the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price. If my sales rep was not available another took his place. The problem I had with the dealership was when we were doing the paperwork. We could not get pass The extended warranty proposals. The pressure to buy a warranty package Took away the excitement of buying a new vehicle At this dealership.

Had a major issue with AC , plus added general maintenance. Shawna and Stephanie were so very patient and kind and listened! Shawna explained the details and the options. She answered my questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant!! I priced around and the dealership was quite reasonable plus I got rides to and from work. I was made to feel like my business mattered to them. I’ve always driven Honda products and will be going back to Gary Force. Thank you!!!!
