I had an oil change & tire rotation at Gary Force. I waited for the services to be done. The wait time was very acceptable, and the customer service was wonderful, as always.
If you're buying a car and don’t ask for Tyler... respectfully, you're doing it wrong. He had the patience of a saint, never made us feel pressured, answered every single question (and there were a LOT 😅), and was just genuinely one of the nicest people to work with. The whole process was way less stressful because of him. Zero weird sales tactics, just good vibes and someone who actually cares about helping you find the right car. 1000/10 experience. Tyler deserves a raise fr. 👏🚗✨

Very professional and friendly. Main guy I dealt Aaron was very nice. Went in to get our van looked at. While we waited he asked if we needed anything. They had free water an coffee an free shuttle if we needed to go someplace else while they worked on our vehicle.Very nice waiting room with message chair an free wifi. Highly recommend. They figured out the problem as well as some recalls they fixed an are gonna fix after parts are ordered.

The vehicle I originally wanted to look at was gone by the time I called but he somehow figured out exactly what I was looking for based on that vehicle and hooked me up with an even better one that was within my budget! I could reserve the time slot very easily, and they checked my car carefully. I really feel safe for my driving. Just 1minus star because it took longer time than expected, maybe because on Friday afternoon. I will definitely use this service again.
Very nice people they help me after one of my tires blew out. Josh the manager was the best on the phone and in person he runs a tight ship and went out of his way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of.

Katie was fantastic as well. I was looking for a specific Honda Pilot TrailSport that was difficult to find, with only a few available within a couple of hours of me. She was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, get it transferred to their dealership, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

I have used this dealership for my Honda Odyssey since 2007 when I bought my car used from them. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership both before and after the ownership changed.
