Gary Force Honda is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team due to our growing business. You MUST possess a positive attitude, dependability, and exceptional detail-oriented skills. The Service Advisor is responsible for creating compelling, long-term customer relationships, consulting with customers on service needs, meeting monthly sales goals, performing a thorough vehicle walk around inspection and ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred but will train perfect candidate.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task and superb organizational skills.
- Precise follow-up skills and detail-orientated.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule, including Saturday.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
