Freddie was easy to deal with and got me a great deal. Great customer service. I knew what I wanted beforehand and had everything prepared on my side before I went in. They beat everyone else’s “out the door” price. I was in the finance office less than 10 minutes and off the lot in less than 20! Car buying doesn’t have to be hard. Do your research and prepare ahead and you can be in and out! Will definitely buy from this dealership again.

I was able to get a quick appointment for staff to check my car and upgrade it quickly. If I needed to drop my car off and go somewhere, I was offered that a staff member would drive me and pick me up. My car was fixed up nicely and all the Gary Force staff are very nice and helpful!

We have been Gary Force customers for over 10 years. Bought 5 cars and used the service department exclusively. We are always well taken care of. They are the most honest dealership we have ever known.

We just bought a Honda Odyssey from Al Kaelin at Gary Force. He was so wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and was quick to find us what we were looking for. We worked with Addison in finance who was great. Then the very next morning Yolonda, the service manager, messaged with her contact info and to let her know if we needed anything. The whole experience made us feel so great and appreciated. We really recommend Al and the whole team at Gary Force!

I’ve put over 200k miles on my car in 4 years and have brought it here since it’s 2nd service. I refuse to take it anywhere else. It’s always a great experience. Great customer service. Kim was very thorough in explaining everything that was needed with pricing for my car. She made me feel special and important as an individual not just as a customer.

My experience with this establishment was top notch! They found what was wrong with my car and ensured I would make it back to Missouri with no problem. They have a shuttle that takes you where you need to go and pick you up when they are done with your car. Very kind customer service and their waiting room is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Thank you for making my experience very pleasant.

Service was completed in about 1.5 hours. Service advisors were very friendly and helpful. The tech discovered a CV joint boot losing grease, which was fortunate as that could lead to failure on the CV joint. Fortunately, it’s covered under warranty.

I’m responsible for 7 different vehicles in line of work I Have never nor Will ever take them anywhere but to Kim Huetter at The Service Dept at Gary Force in Bowling Green! We take our 2007 Honda van to Gary Force because we trust their service technicians. Upon check in there was a bit of frustration with our service advisor (Yolanda), but we were able to work that out. We received an oil change and competent service to the areas of concern at a reasonable price (we had a coupon). Our van should continue to run great for the next year. I would recommend Gary Force Honda to any person seeking service on their Honda vehicle.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and basic once over as I am going on a road trip next week. All was well. We discussed things to keep in mind, as my Pilot is an older model.
