Gary force service dept is AMAZING!! Everytime I go for maintenance oil changes, etc I get the BEST care and service!! BUT yesterday I had my 2 babies under 2 years old with me waiting while I got an oil change. Everyone in the service dept was SO kind to us!! Stephanie especially took the best care of us! I recently talked with some guys about a vehicle I was interested in. We didn't settle on a price but I never felt like they treated me differently because I was a woman. I live in Chicago and found a reasonable deal at Gary Force. I flew down there and discovered some damage on the car that was not disclosed by the salesman or online. Gary Force is the only dealership I will buy my cars from since ‘08. Everyone at the dealership is great and helpful. If you want a dealership that truly cares about their customers Gary Force is the only place to go.

My wife was recently needing a newer car so we made our rounds through the dealerships and as always we landed right back at Gary Force Honda. I think her last 3 or 4 cars have come from Gary Force and we always leave feeling like we got a good deal and a great car. Excellent service! I dropped off my Accord to replace the timing belt. Yolonda, in the service department, was very helpful. Two days before my appointment she contacted me to verify my appointment and ensure that I take my car to the correct location. When I dropped off my car she arranged transportation back to my house and back to the service department after they finished working on my car. The shuttle drivers were very courteous. Overall, eleven out of ten!

Traveling on a family vacation when our Honda Van started having issues. Tucker was able to get us in when we arrived at the dealer and we were quickly back in the road. Had a great experience leasing a new car. Be prepared to spend half the day at the dealership, but that seems to be the industry standard. They were very helpful, kind, and I was impressed with their pricing. We dealt with Matt, Jacob and Richard and even the sales people we saw in passing were very pleasant to deal with.

Better repair shop than the Midlands Honda in Columbia, SC where I bought my car. I left SC with a battery issue (that I was unaware of) where all my car's lights were flickering. The Honda shop in SC brushed it off the evening I was on my way to relocate to KY. I asked them if it's the battery, but yea they let me go (that was back in the winter of 2019). The sales and service departments are great. I asked them to add an air filter which is easy enough. The air filter was a little high in price but the labor was over $20. I have checked the air filter in under 2 minutes with zero automotive experience. They basically charged me about $600 an hour to change a very simple air filter. That is terrible. I will be replacing my own air filters from now on.

Called Ryan, that had sold my spouse a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we love, because I was looking for a vehicle for me. That was Saturday, today, Monday, he sold me exactly what I asked for. The dealership was great about my trade-in. All the staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful; especially Ryan. We won’t go anywhere else and will be sure to keep referring folks to Gary Force in BG!

I drove from Michigan to buy a CPO Honda Accord at Gary Force Honda. Despite the long drive, the experience was great! They got me in and out relatively quickly and the car was as advertised. The salesman, Sky Rose, was upfront, honest, and helpful throughout the process. He was patient with my calls and questions before I committed, and even after I bought the car he was very responsive with answering my follow-up questions. I was on a 1k mile trip cross-country from AL to MI, Dec 2023, when my trusty 2013 Honda CRV entered limp-mode on I65 North (despite perfect routine maintenance always ahead of schedule; only 108k miles). I have had nothing but a positive experience at this service center and it’s because people make the difference.
