Took my CRV to Honda to have them install updates to my SUV’s computer system. Making an appointment was easy. They told me to allow up to 4 hours. It took less than 2 hours. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Staff I encountered were very friendly.

When I came in yesterday, I had no intention of buying a car—let alone a $50,000 vehicle. As I mentioned to Matt Jackson(Sales Manager), I was simply bringing my wife to compare various SUV sizes, from full-size models like the Tahoe to midsize options like the Pilot and CR-V, so she could decide what worked best for her.

Had a major issue with AC , plus added general maintenance. Shawna and Stephanie were so very patient and kind and listened! Shawna explained the details and the options. She answered my questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant!! I priced around and the dealership was quite reasonable plus I got rides to and from work.
