Courtesy Loaner Vehicle Agreement Requirements

• Driver must be 25 years of age or older.
• Driver must have a valid driver's license.
• Driver must have and carry proof of full auto insurance coverage when using the rental vehicle.
• Driver is responsible for theft, damages, tolls, traffic violations, towing charges, penalties, and parking violations.
• Smoking and pets are not permitted in loaner vehicles.
